Chef Travis is transporting us for a culinary trip to Goa for the first Chef Evening of 2022.

We guarantee winter sun for an evening in St. Michael`s with delicious West Indian and Portuguese flavours. As usual we are preparing with a unique cocktail & mocktail menu designed to fit the theme.

The Wine pairing is optional, but we highly recommend it. Each wine is carefully matched with each course.
